1) Open Outlook.

2) From the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts.

3) Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

4) Select POP3 as your server type and click Next.

5) In the Your name text box, type your full name.
6) In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address. (For example: memberid@earthwave.net)
7) In the Incoming mail (POP3) text box, type pop.earthwave.net.
8) In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) text box, type smtp.earthwave.net.
9) In the User name text box, your entire email address has been inserted.
10) In the Password text box, type your password. (Note: This feature is optional. Leave this field blank, if you
want Outlook to prompt you for your password each time you access your e-mail.)
Warning!
Do not check the circle next to Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
11) Click on the More Settings... button.

12) In the Mail Account text box type earthwave.net.
13) In the Organization text box, type in your organization, or you can leave this field blank.
14) In the Reply E-mail text box, type your e-mail address. (For example:
memberid@earthwave.net)
15) Select the Connection tab.

16) Under Connection, check the circle next to Connect using my local area network (LAN).
17) Select the Advanced tab.

18) In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) text box, type 25.
19) In the Incoming mail (POP3) text box, type 110.
20) Click OK.
21) Click Finish to exit.
