Connection Troubleshooting
We always recommend unplugging then plugging back in the power to the router. If you see all green lights then the problem might be related to your configuration. If you don't see any lights your equipment may be broken.
Also to improve reliability use scandisk (located Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools).
